Milus International SA, Switzerland is the data controller and has its registered offices at Reuchenettestrasse 19, 2502 Biel-Bienne, Switzerland. In this Privacy Policy, we use the term Milus (and "we", "us" and "our") to refer to Milus International SA at the registered address above, our affiliates and our boutiques.
Milus International SA, Reuchenettestrasse 19, 2502 Biel-Bienne, registered in the Bern (Switzerland) Register of Commerce and Companies under the number CHE-109.693.378 has been appointed a data processor in connection with some of the services offered on the website.
Whether we offer our products for sale online or through the Milus Customer Contact Center, you must read the Terms and Conditions.

2- Server location
The servers for the Milus website are hosted exclusively by Hostpoint SA, in Switzerland.
These servers contain all of our databases required for operating the website. Information concerning customer accounts are stored here.
So that you can access your order history, this information is only deleted at your request.

3-Personal Data
Milus does not sell your personal data and never will. Some companies exchange customer files for commercial prospection, but Milus does not. All the data we collect is kept by us and will never be given, loaned or sold to any third-party company.
Milus may request the web users personal data when consulting and using the site and in particular:

when the user is setting up an account,
when the user makes an order on the site,
when the user contacts customer service.

Data collected are for the use of Milus in enabling management of the business and contractual relationship with the user and for informing him or her if need be of any offers and updates.
The web user may receive, if he or she has expressly so agreed, electronic prospecting from Milus and its partners.
The web user may unsubscribe at any time using the link in the aforementioned electronic prospecting.
The use of cookies by the site Publisher is solely destined for enabling or facilitating communication by electronic means.

Orders:
When you create a customer account on our website, we record in our systems all of the information required to process your order - your email address, your full name, your postal address and your telephone number - so that we can prepare and deliver your order.
This order information is sent to the various service providers involved in ensuring your order reaches you, mainly the shipping company who delivers it to your address.

Newsletters:
If we have your consent, we also use your email address to send you our newsletter. If you no longer wish to receive these emails, you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the link (unsubscribe) at the bottom of the newsletter.

Advertising:
Like most online retailers, we record your visits so that we can show you advertising whilst you browse other websites. This procedure does not involve the processing of personal data and neither the advertising department nor the third-party sites displaying our advertising will have access to your contact details.If you no longer wish to see our advertising, you can delete the cookies from your web browser.

IP address
We will collect information about your computer or mobile device, including where available your IP address, operating system, login times and browser type. We use this information to better understand how visitors use our website and for internal reporting purposes.

Hotjar
We use Hotjar in order to better understand our users’ needs and to optimize this service and experience. Hotjar is a technology service that helps us better understand our users’ experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc.) and this enables us to build and maintain our service with user feedback. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behavior and their devices. This includes a device's IP address (processed during your session and stored in a de-identified form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), and the preferred language used to display our website. Hotjar stores this information on our behalf in a pseudonymized user profile. Hotjar is contractually forbidden to sell any of the data collected on our behalf.

Location services
Some of the services that we provide are able to use information about your location. For these services, which are typically available on mobile devices or applications, you are provided with the opportunity to provide your consent to the use of location services, which, for example, process information deriving from GPS, sensors, beacons or Wi-Fi access points in order to allow you to benefit from a more personalised service. 4-Password
Passwords are stored “encrypted” and it is impossible to decrypt them. Your passwords are therefore secure.

5-Bank card details
For bank card payments, we work with one of the largest Swiss service providers, Datatrans, who guarantee the security of your data. At no point do we have access to your bank card number.
